WE'RE A COMPANY FOCUSED ON INNOVATING THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT

We want to change the way traditional thinking and approaches are done. In order to do this we have built a business and team to offer the very best.

WHAT ARE WE SOLVING?

In construction, there's no shortage of ideas. Every project sparks the need for better products, smarter systems, and more digital tools. Regulations are shifting, customer expectations are rising, and sustainability can't wait. What's missing is the time, expertise, or confidence to turn those ideas into real solutions. Deadlines take over, teams get stretched, and opportunities slip away.

WHY IT MATTERS

The construction sector has huge potential to evolve, but innovation only works when it is driven by market needs. By working side by side with you, we help deliver products and systems that:

OUR MISSION

NOVA is here to work alongside you. Having led R&D and product development teams before setting up NOVA, we experienced first-hand the challenges of trying to innovate while managing the pressures of day-to-day business. We saw projects stall, teams stretched too thin, and strong ideas lose momentum through lack of clarity and resource. So we set up NOVA to offer something different. With a multidisciplinary team and a bespoke approach to every project, we simplify complexity and provide the capability needed to move ideas forward clearly, confidently, and with purpose.

WHO ARE WE?

We're engineers, designers, and problem solvers with extensive experience in the built environment. We've worked with manufacturers, contractors, and developers of all sizes, from ambitious start-ups to established industry leaders. We're driven by a belief that innovation should be practical, human-centred, and achievable.
